- All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of taxes on a per night basis.
- Air conditioning are on timers and cost $1 for 3 hours
- Cancellations Policy is 48 Hours from 10am on your day of arrival. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival will attract a cancellation fee of one night’s stay.
- All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied with a adult and book a private room.
- We recommend all mature guest book a private room for their comfort as well as others.
- Photo identification/ International passport must be shown at check in.
- Valid Credit card is needed for check in
- Management reserve the right to refuse a booking.
- No noise or alcohol after 10pm
Office hours are 9am until 12 noon and then from 4.30pm until 7pm. We do however divert the phone between 12 noon and 4.30pm. We also release an after hours number in the case of an emergency. If your arrival time is outside these hours, you will receive a self check in procedure at the time of confirmation.
